Aged & Disabled Waiver

The Nebraska Aged & Disabled (AD) Waiver provides home and community-based services for older adults and individuals with disabilities who qualify for Medicaid and require a nursing facility level of care. Services may include personal care, respite, and assistive technology to help individuals remain safely and independently in their homes and communities.
